#OpenDataSavesLives event series secures support from the Health Foundation
We are delighted to announce today that the Health Foundation has agreed to support the #OpenDataSavesLives event series for the next twelve months.
The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.
At #OpenDataSavesLives we have already worked with the Health Foundation on several previous events, including looking at the role of the analyst and building a community of practice, along with a session focusing on open data and digital innovation in home care and supported living. The Health Foundation’s support will enable the delivery of our regular #OpenDataSavesLives sessions until September 2022, along with the forthcoming Unconference.
Paul Connell, founder, #OpenDataSavesLives said: “After working closely with the Health Foundation for several months, it’s great to have them on board with this support. This will help to amplify our already successful series of events, convening and engagement.”
Josh Keith, senior fellow at the Health Foundation said “We are pleased to be supporting the delivery of the #OpenDataSavesLives events programme over the next 12 months. This initiative is important in promoting openness and collaboration when using data to improve health and care. This is crucial to ensure that data analytics helps create better health and care for everyone.”
